Overview
spkn is a simple tool for composing and sharing typewriter-style text. We built it with privacy in mind: the app collects no personal data, has no accounts, and does not communicate with any server.
Data We Collect
None. spkn does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you type exists only on your device for the duration of your session and is discarded when you close the app.
Photos Access
If you use the Save to Photos feature, spkn requests add-only access to your Photo Library. This permission is used solely to save the image you create directly to your device. spkn cannot read, browse, or access any existing photos in your library. No image data is sent anywhere.
Analytics & Tracking
spkn contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. We do not know how you use the app.
Third-Party Services
spkn uses no third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The Special Elite typewriter font is bundled locally within the app and is not loaded from any external server.
Children
spkn does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no age-restricted content.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Because we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any meaningful way.
